About Us
CBCS provides a wide range of consultancy services to the construction sector. A lifetime of experience has given us a deep understanding of both the legal and construction issues that are likely to arise in a building project. We pride ourselves on providing cogent, common-sense advice and design input. We are also very familiar with providing ‘rescue’ advice and negotiating reasonable outcomes when construction has come adrift from the requirements of the code and the local Building Consent Authority (Council).
Having a wide range of contacts in the industry and wide experience in dispute resolution, CBCS has often mediated disputes between clients, builders and Council.
